Exterior Wall Construction
Constructed of independent structural steel frame and steel stud construction. Insulation on walls to meet the OBC. Wall panels may be a combination of brick, cultured stone, architectural panels and stucco.
Each Unit will have one 4″ sanitary service roughed into Suite suitable for gravity drainage of plumbing fixtures, location to be at the Vendor’s discretion.
